Act I: Arrival

No funny business! Illegal substances and activities are a no-go.
Be a good neighbour! Blocked driveways and pathways might lead to a less than friendly neighbourhood bake-off.
Sorry, no furry friends allowed. We love them, but we love our allergy-free guests more.

Act II: The Main Event

Open flames or candles? Nope. We'd like to keep our house standing, thank you very much.
Keep the noise levels down, especially after 11 pm. Our ghosts need their beauty sleep too.
Please don't rearrange our furniture, they're quite attached to their current spots.
Accidents happen! If you spill the milk or break a vase, let us know ASAP. We promise we won't cry over spilled milk.
No smoking indoors, even if you're on fire. If you need to smoke, our designated outdoor areas are there for you.
Food and drinks? Yes, please! But avoid eating in the bedrooms - or else you might find a cookie monster under your bed.

Act III: The Departure

Don't forget to lock up when you leave. Our house might run away if left unlocked!
Don't leave your personal items behind. We might start a lost-and-found museum if you do.

Enjoy your stay and the endless opportunities for new friendships! And remember, laughter is the best housewarming gift.
